However, if you received an incorrect item or one you were dissatisfied with as a result of a team member error, Arleo’s will replace it with the correct item or issue a store credit equal to the amount of that item, whichever you prefer. In either case, Arleo's reserves the right to require the incorrect item(s) be returned (uneaten) in it's original packaging.
Special Orders: Unless otherwise specified, all orders are made according to the descriptions on our menu (in-store or online). If you desire an item be prepared differently than described on our menu, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their “special request” is clearly communicated and confirmed with a member of our team PRIOR to the placement of the order, or in the notes of an online order, and not AFTER the order is placed. Because our work products are perishable and made-to-order, it is understood by the customer that an exchange or credit will not be available if dissatisfied, other than dissatisfaction related to a team member error. This policy helps us keep our prices as low as possible while maintaining our commitment to using the highest quality ingredients available.
